Regency Commercial Construction’s history is built on our steadfast commitment to achieving our client’s goals. Since 1993, we have built a proven track record of success stories across the Washington Metropolitan Area. Our clients face many challenges bringing new space to the market, and we are prepared to take on those challenges. Our Mission

At Regency Commercial Construction, our mission statement is simple, but is the basis for all we do…to manage and deliver commercial interior construction so the time our project team partners need to invest in overseeing the construction process is minimized. It is our mission to allow you to stay focused on your own business!

… we accomplish our mission with a continuity of leadership in our PLAN :: BUILD :: CLOSE approach. Projects are not passed from estimating to project management to a closeout team. Each project is managed by a team that remains in place from preconstruction through closeout of your project.

Joe Bucaro

Principal

Joe serves as Managing Principal, providing overall leadership for the Company. He has over 30 years of experience in the commercial construction market and has provided strategic management on projects up to $35 million. Joe’s client experience includes Mitre and Capital One. He continues to maintain an active role on Regency’s projects from preconstruction planning through project delivery. Joe holds a BA degree from University of Virginia and an MBA from George Mason University.

January Adkins

Principal

January is a Principal and Owner at Regency, leading the company’s business development efforts while staying closely involved in project execution and client relationships.

With over two plus decades at Regency, January has played a key role in delivering many of the firm’s notable projects, including Gallaudet University, Booz Allen Hamilton, CSPAN Studios, and CTFK. She is known for her thoughtful approach to preconstruction, steady project leadership, and the ability to build lasting trust with clients ~ many of whom continue to work with her project after project.

January is also actively involved in supporting the community, leading Regency’s charitable efforts, including the annual Toys for Tots campaign, #deMANDACure, and contributions to the Lombardi Women benefiting the Georgetown Lombardi Cancer Center.

Pat Odom

Principal

Pat, one of the original members of Regency, serves as a Principal for our Company overseeing and mentoring the Superintendents. You will find Pat walking multiple project sites each day providing strategic input on our project sites. He focuses on safety inspections, schedule maintenance and guides the resolving of on-site challenges. Pat resolutely promotes the concept in the field that “we are a guest in your building”, and consistently maintains personal safety and property protection while performing our work.

Katie Burden

Business Development Manager

Katie serves as the Business Development Manager providing leadership and enhancing our relationships with clients. Her understanding of the market and her ability to connect with others makes her a great resource with whom to collaborate, helping Regency and our contacts develop future opportunities.
