Wilmer Cutler & Pickering occupies over 200,000 square feet of Class A office space. Regency has served as general contractor since 1992 and has performed many projects as Wilmer has expanded. Our most recent project was a ten-phase multi-floor fast track project to redefine their office space usage. Impacting over 40,000 square feet and having pases overlap: this project was a test of coordination and planning given the 16-week schedule. Wilmer's space incorporates custom bird's eye maple paneling at the secretarial stations and Grand Via corridors. They have utilized custom carpets to provide a rich appearance throughout the space. To complement this, they also have blended etched glass, granite tops and lacquered panels at their newly installed main reception area.
