This project encompassed the renovation of 49,000 square feet of office space. The design of the space changed from individual office layout to an open office environment. This project was unique in that the demolition was selective and many components of the existing space were reinstalled. Extensive millwork doors and frames, light coves and casework had to be carefully removed and stored for reinstallation. Light fixtures, diffusers and many components of the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems were also reutilized. Upon completion the refurbished items looked “brand new” and the tenant realized a significant cost savings. |
