The construction of the law offices of this client was a
two-phase project involving two floors. Extensive demolition was required prior to the build out of this 25,000
square foot space. The design incorporated removal, modification and reinstallation of a substantial
quantity of existing millwork, marble flooring and arched drywall ceilings in the lobby and reception. The perimeter
offices integrated an etched glass sidelight, which aligned with corridor drywall reveals.
The finishes were a blend of polomyx, wallcovering and bordered carpet. |
