The construction of Pennie & Edmonds new Washington, DC headquarters consisted of the total renovatiton of 43,000 square feet of tenant space. Included was the demoliton of all existing finishes and systems, installation of a sprinkler system and upgrade of the existing fire alarm. Installation of complex millwork, glazing, wall finish details, a computer room and an internal stair were accomplished under budget and within a 9 week schedule. |
