The construction of 27,000 square feet of offices, operations area and subtenant space established
the new Washinton Headquarters for this banking/investment firm. The architect incorporated extensive cherry wood work and full height glazing to create
a traditional yet open design. Fabric wrapped panels and marble enhanced the lobby, reception and main conference areas. Additonally, cherry art niches and soft cove lighting makes the space warm and inviting.
The final subtenant portion of this work was perfomed as a design build project. |
