The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) relocated its offices to 1100 13th Street. The construction of the space is highlighted by a modern reception area featuring stone flooring, a custom millwork reception desk, decorative lighting and contrasting wall finishes. The reception area leads to the Boardroom which provides an open feeling as it is located on the perimeter and its entrance walls are glass. The employees at NCQA will enjoy a wonderful environment in the enlarged breakroom which includes upholstered banquette seating, custom millwork dining surfaces, fun lighting, and brilliant paint colors. The large breakroom also provides access to the outdoor terrace at the 9th floor. The elevator lobbies introduce a new millwork product, Interlam panels, which are painted and framed with aluminum trims.
