The construction of the new studios and offices for Cox Newspaper and Broadcasting includes approximately 8,000 square feet of Class A office space and 13,000 square feet of high tech television broadcasting space.  Regency was responsible for the installation of all the technical requirements including the interface of the satellite broadcast systems as well as the installation of the extensive finishes.  The focal point of this design is the use of aluminum, millwork and drywall with exposed concrete to meet the technical requirements and provide a space, which is aesthetically pleasing.  The construction schedule for this project was 16 weeks.
