This project was the build out of 55,000 square feet of new tenant space. It includes an extensive millwork
package, stone flooring and tops, plaster vaulted ceilings and intricate carpet border work. This project is
exceptional in that the work was 100% complete including punch list in less then 13 weeks. This is most representative of the team effort put forth by Melinda Francisco and the team
of subcontractors assembled for this project. |
