Banner & Witcoff, Ltd. is an intellectual property law firm relocating its offices to a new high-end buildout on the 11th and 12th floors of 1100 13th Street, NW. As you step off the elevators, you enter lobbies that include Caeser stone flooring and new custom wood veneer wall panels. The buildout features an extensive millwork package using Eucalyptus and Curly Maple veneers. The administrative workstations are custom millwork pieces of Curly Maple panels, acrylic panel insets and solid surface worktops sitting underneath floating ceilings. The conference rooms include wood veneer credenzas, banquette seating, and architectural glass paneling. Curved acrylic ceiling panels with integral accent lighting highlight several corridors leading to the areas of assembly. Banner & Witcoff will also be able to enjoy the views of the city from any of the six private roof terraces being made accessible from the office suites. |
