The new 70,000 square foot headquarters building for this owner/tenant is a combination of historic townhouses and an
eighty-story office building addition. The challenge was to overhaul the base building by incorporating life safety, ADA and elevator modernization.
Additionally, the exterior facade, mechanical systems and complex roofing structures were repaired. Concurrently, the interiors were reconstructed to provide a funCtional open office
enviroment and build subtenant space. During this same time frame, three full floor subtenant projects were completed. The final pahse of this project was the constrution of a three story atrium. |
