Regency is pleased to announce the recent award of the Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner LLP’s new office space at 901 New York Avenue, Washington DC. The project is approximately 26,000SF on the 4th floor and 10,000SF on the 5th floor. The additional space is an expansion to the six floors that Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner already occupies in the building. The 4th floor expansion space includes an elaborate millwork package featuring Figured Anigre Wood Paneling throughout the lobby. The 4th floor lobby leads to a gorgeous break area with curved golden wheat stone counter tops and inviting custom banquette seating. Beautiful Carnegie Fabric adorns Whisper Wall Panels to enhance the overall elegance of the space.
Melinda Francisco has been selected as Project Manager and Scott Delimater will be the Superintendent on-site for this project. They are both very excited about the project and look forward to adding Finnegan Henderson Farbow Garrett & Dunner LLP to Regency’s portfolio of successful projects. The project begins in January 2008 and will be completed in April 2008.
