Regency is pleased to announce we have been awarded the contract to build the Church of Scientology project located at 1424 16th Street, NW in Washington DC. This project is approximately 50,000 SF and will be built on a fast-track schedule. The significant elements of the project include:
- A new 7-story internal egress stair
- New upgraded electrical service
- New HVAC and plumbing systems throughout building
- Installation of a new fire protection system
- Extensive millwork package highlighted by wood veneers and stone tops
- Replacement of existing wood windows
